MomentClip provides AI-powered video analysis for YouTube videos. The Service allows users to search inside YouTube videos by topic, dialogue, or visual content using multimodal AI, and to download clips from analyzed videos.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
• Monthly analysis credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Automate access to the Service beyond its intended use (scraping, bots, etc.).
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users.

6. YouTube Content

MomentClip processes publicly available YouTube videos. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of downloaded clips complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and applicable copyright law. MomentClip does not claim ownership of any YouTube content.

7. AI Analysis Disclaimer

AI-powered video analysis may not be 100% accurate. Results are provided as-is. MomentClip does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any analysis results.

8. Intellectual Property

The MomentClip service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of MomentClip. Users retain ownership of any content they create using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

MomentClip is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MomentClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
